After winning a much-coveted Scottish Thistle Award in an incredibly successful 2018, we are now turning our attention to another exciting new season.
2019 will see us build on previous successes by launching a range of innovative new projects and services, and we’d like YOU to be a part of it! Our continued growth and development means that we are once again extending the size of our team across all departments to help meet the needs of our visitors.

We take great pride in the fact that we were originally one of the very first employers in the highlands to gain Living Wage Accreditation. We’re not resting on our laurels though, and in 2019 every single employee (aged over 18) will earn, as a minimum, a rate of at least £10.00 per hour, with many positions paying more. We also provide a contributory pension scheme, 28 days paid holiday per annum (pro-rata) and social events that are fast becoming legendary! For some positions, and the right candidates, we can even help with accommodation.
